Ordering & measuring

How do I measure my windows?

Follow our measuring guide — it takes about five minutes per window with a metal tape measure. Order the exact opening size for inside mounts; we make the small deductions ourselves.

What if I measure wrong?

You're covered by the Perfect Fit Promise: if a blind doesn't fit because of a measuring mistake, we remake it free within 30 days — one free remake per blind.

Can I get fabric samples first?

Yes — free samples, shipped free. Screens never show fabric colour accurately; we recommend samples for any colour you're unsure about.

Do you offer in-home consultations?

Yes, in Greater Montreal — a free in-home measure and consultation. Book a visit.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us right away — if production hasn't started, we'll change or cancel it with a full refund. Once a custom blind is in production, it can't be cancelled.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

About 2–3 weeks from order: your blinds are made to measure (about 10 days), flown to Canada by express air freight, then couriered to your door with tracking.

How much is shipping?

Free, Canada-wide, on every order — no minimum.

What if my blind arrives damaged?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we ship a replacement free.

Product & motorisation

Manual or motorised — what's the difference?

Manual blinds use a chain (you choose the side). Motorised (+$149) adds a rechargeable battery motor with remote. Smart Motorisation (+$199) works with app, schedules and voice assistants.

How long does the motor battery last?

Roughly 6 months of typical daily use per charge. Recharging takes a few hours with the included USB cable — no wiring needed.

Do smart motors work with Alexa / Google Home / Apple Home?

Yes — our smart motors support Matter, which works with all major voice assistants and smart-home apps.

Are your blinds safe for kids?

Manual blinds include a chain safety tensioner that must be installed so the chain is held taut, and chains should always be kept out of the reach of young children. For bedrooms and kids' rooms we recommend motorised — no chain at all.

Is there a discount for multiple blinds?

Yes, automatically: 3+ blinds save 10%, 6+ save 15%, 10+ save 20%. No code needed — it's applied at cart.

What warranty do I get?

Lifetime on the mechanism, 5 years on fabric, 5 years on motors.

Do you price match?
