Every P.M Blinds shade is covered from the day it arrives. No registration required; your order number is your warranty.

Lifetime mechanism warranty

Chains, clutches, springs, brackets and cassettes are covered for as long as you own your blinds. If a mechanism fails under normal household use, we'll repair it or send replacement parts free.

5-year fabric warranty

Fabrics are covered against delamination, fraying at the seams and abnormal discoloration under normal indoor use for 5 years.

5-year motor warranty

All battery and smart (Matter) motors, remotes and WiFi hubs are covered for 5 years against electronic failure.

How to claim

Email us your order number, a short description and a photo or video of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days with a repair, replacement part or remake — whichever solves it fastest.

The warranty covers normal indoor residential use and doesn't cover damage from misuse, pets, alterations or outdoor installation.
