Most orders arrive in about 2–3 weeks of purchase; remote and northern regions can take a few days longer.

We ship anywhere in Canada served by courier. A physical address is required — couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Boxes are long — blinds ship full-width in rigid protective packaging. Inspect on arrival and report any transit damage with a photo within 7 days for a free replacement (see our refund policy).
